It was awesome! Mallory and Michelle were awesome. First time filing a claim with our health insurance. They answered questions we had and were always willing to help us thru the process. I had one small concern and went back to them about it. Technically it wasn't due to the collision work but is in the same area so they are fixing it for free.

I have a Chevrolet and due to the earlier GM strike it took time to get all the parts in. During the delay they called me 1-2 times a week to keep me updated. During the repairthey also kept me updated and they took care of getting to get the camera installed and the undercoating done so it was completely ready to drive when I got it.
