Earlier on, they did not contact me when they stated they would. Was promised one to two days for them to take apart the car. They still hadn't the following week. Maybe they were having a bad week

New rear wiper replaced with old dred out one. Drivers side wiiper improperly installed. White residue left ext and int of rear hatch. Left side passenger door still not adjusted properly. Water stain on headliner not removed.
