It was such an easy process from drop-off to pick-up. In fact, when I called to make an appointment, I was told that the schedule was open, so I was able to drop my car for both quote and work. I received friendly, responsive service from all and especially appreciated being able to leave my rental when I picked up my car. I’m still waiting for my vehicle. The first two times they said it was ready. It wasn’t! The first time they were big runs in the paint so they repainted the second time there was trash in the paint and you could see all the buffing marks so again they are now repainting. This has caused me to have to rent a car for almost 3 weeks which has increased the cost of my claim.
