I was very satisfied with the repair time it took. It all was professionally done and looked like nothing ever happened. Communication with Gerber staff was amazing they were super polite whenever I had a question. Quality of work is amazing. Not the first time I’ve chosen gerber, they never disappoint and will always come back if it’s necessary.

excellent experience at Gerber. Promptly replaced window after a break-in on my drivers side, and cleaned/vaccumed the car thoroughly for broken glass. Even glued a few parts back that weren’t in the original ask. Would go back for service!

We had a great experience. The Bloomington Gerber location was so quick and helpful. I damaged my bumper and they got a new part, replaced it, and repainted all within three days. The service, both receptionist and mechanic were incredibly nice and kind. I will definitely be returning for any future car service.

They were amazing! Super kind and communicative. It was going to be a little over $100 to get my door open and then more to figure out what was broken on it, but they ended up figuring out that it was a simple fix and they did the whole thing free of charge! I will definitely be returning to Gerber with any work I may need in the future, and recommending them to others!
