Len Gordon and team at Gerber Blue Ash were amazing. As Len circled my car inspecting the damage I rambled on and on, not expecting him to listen, about some personal hardships that not having my car were going to cause. Len not only listened but took action. He called the following day to tell me that he was doing everything he could to get my car done as quickly as possible. Instead of it taking 2-3 weeks my car was finished in just a little over one week because he had a veteran repairman tend to my car who even came in over the weekend to expedite things at bit. Thanks for the excellent customer service Len Gordon and crew!!!
