Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I was pleased with the phone calls and texts keeping me updated. My car was repaired in a timely manner and appears to be a good job. I loved how Gerber set up all the details for my rental and communicates with USAA for me. I've never had to have body work done before but I felt like it was such an easy process thanks to Gerber. I will definitely return in the future and refer family and friends!
