Although car was brought in early and feedback that 2 wks for repair was ample time - it took 3 wks for repair. Pro-active updates where not given to the customer - promised dates pushed out everytime customer called on the promise date for status (3x) inaccurate / contradicting info given by various customer service employees Car in paint tomorrow - next day car going to paint tomorrow - etc..
