Rodney & Tammy were very professional, very personable and explained the process of my claim extremely well. I had many questions for Tammy and she was very, very patient with me because I was not familiar or experienced with the claim process. She told me exactly what I needed to do. And the same with Rodney. My car looks great and I didn’t even have to mess with the inspection sticker or TX tag sticker. Gerber thought I needed a rental car for 9 working days to fix my windshield & the hood of my Lexus but the work was finished in less than a week!! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to everyone!! Best regards, Cheryl Lozano (my husband, Omar & I, we both own the same make, year & model of car). We think a license plate flew up and hit my hood and then my windshield on the highway. The damage was bad & scary. We are good as new today because of Gerber!! Great company!!

Your people at Nationwide were the problem. You told them this was Sammye’s car. It is Richard’s. They kept trying to contact her. Your people were too stupid or stubborn to make the change. Then you disputed the claim. I would give Nationwide a rating of 2 out of 10.
