Gerber was great communicating the status of my car repairs. My insurance (not responsible for the accident)wanted to total my car but the responsible insurance company worked with the adjuster and was able to sign off on repairs. Gerber worked with all parties and ended up storing my car for 3 months. They gave updates like clockwork twice a week. Btw, my car looks and runs like new!
