Repair Quality

Satisfied with the repair! On getting my car back. There was one scratch on my driver's door that I hadn't noticed before, and one scratch/dent on the front passenger side fender that I hadn't noticed before. Not sure if you guys took note of those when I brought my car in, or if they were new, but I'm just going to leave that up to my unobservantness/inattentiveness.

Hello, I'm giving a 10/10 for friendliness, service, and re-assuring me that I'd be taken care of. And also delivering my car to me twice (because I was at work or unable to pick it up)! Thank you! The only reasons I would give the whole experience a 9 is that it could've been a smoother/quicker process if the rear wheel and drivetrain was checked out right away in the vehicle assessment/damage appraisal/estimation process. If there's impact to a wheel from the side, I've heard from others that it's really common that the wheel bearing will have issues. I also noticed a couple new scratches on my car (I'll explain later), but that could just be due to my unobservantness.
