Quality customer service is when you get your car back and more was fixed than you had asked for! Gerber did an awesome job at fixing my issue, but also at keeping me in the loop as to where they were in the process. Excellent experience!!!

We had paint work done, someone keyed my car. The work was excellent! What blew us away though, was the extra work that was done cleaning the vehicle, including removal of the outline of an old dealership logo from the rear of the car. We had heard of Gerber’s customer service, never anticipated how much overboard they’d go.
