Perfect customer service. Only gripe was more issues were found out with the car, prolonging the fix but I'd rather have everything fixed than issues be missed. Otherwise perfect experience.

Both the driver that picked me up and the girl that cashed me out flipped me off. Not sure what that was about and I have never in my life filed a complaint about anyone. Not sure why this happened but I had 2 vehicles repaired with you in the past. I will not be coming back or referring Gerber unless I know these two people were terminated

The person that picked me up and the girl that cashed me out gave me the finger. I had two vehicles fixed at your company and I will never go to your facility or recommend you again. I saw you tried calling me, but I really don't want to speak with anyone at your company going forward. I don't deserve to be treated like that.
