I was told someone would call when they evaluated my damage to my car after I dropped it off. They would call with a date my car would be done. Never got the call. I called back one week later and was told he would check my car out and get back to me after their morning meeting. Never heard back that day. Other then communication I was satisfied with the work that was done.

Everyone was easy to work with and pleasant! Updates were provided regularly and being able to leave my rental at the shop when I picked up my Jeep was a huge plus!

Had a great experience! However, I was a bit upset that they didn’t call me when my car needed to stay an extra few days. They had warned me it might be but told me to expect a call anyways. I had to call in to find out. But I understand that can be difficult to keep up with. Other than that, it was lovely. Everyone is so sweet and genuinely cares about the best for you and your car. One of the cheapest places we found too!
