We were extremely happy with the service. Jim stayed in contact with us throughout the process so we were aware of the expected timeline. The work was completed on time and it looks great. Everyone we spoke with was super friendly and professional and I couldn’t have asked for better communication and service. Work looks good. Little frustrated with the multiple extensions of time after being given an original estimate of 17 days which I thought was already excessive.

Best asset of this Gerber location was the communication, updates and getting an initial assessment and time/cost estimate quickly, nearly immediately. Other places said they would take 1-3 weeks to even look and assess damages and provide a tint/cost estimate. This was a great advantage of using this Gerber location.
