Talk about customer service! The desk staff, Roman, and Dane were outstanding! Communication was excellent because I was kept informed on the daily process of repairing my car. This was a complicated repair due to three different claims. I would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone and use them again if needed!

Great customer service from everyone. Communication was excellent from Dane and Roman. I would recommend Gerber Collision in Brownsburg to anyone needing glass or collision services. I do hope I don’t need them again though. Having three separate claims simultaneously was enough for me! 😂😂

My experience at Gerber Collision was awesome from the very moment. I walked in the door to drop off my car until I picked up my car on the 13th. Roman and the new manager there were just great. My car was in perfect condition and extremely clean and ready to drive off the lot Meg, who was the receptionist there unfortunately had left when I picked up my car, but I just wanted to mention her that she was just wonderful and I’m sure that she’ll be really missed there. They were on time with the car and every few days I would get a text message telling me exactly what process the car was going through. I can’t say enough about the service. I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Brownsburg Indiana. Thank you so much for all your help.

I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Brownsburg Indiana. They did an excellent job on my vehicle. From the very beginning when I dropped off my vehicle Meg who seemed to be the office manager was just so kind and efficient. I had never met a nicer person. I met Roman who was wonderful, kind, professional, and efficient. He led me through the whole process daily by sending text message to me and explaining the stage of the vehicle was in. I recently met the new manager there his name escapes me, but he was also very, very nice. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. I hope I never have to go there again cause I don’t want any more accidents but if I did, I definitely wouldn’t go back to Gerber Collision in Brownsburg Indiana. You can’t go wrong with them.

The staff was friendly and they gave regular updates but things were delayed over and over. I was called that the van was complete and I could come pick up, on my very last day of having a rental and I felt it wasn’t actually ready as I had to be the one to identify issues with panel alignments and gapping.
