After telling you, it was not an alignment issue you go ahead and do another alignment and balance. It’s quite disappointing that you don’t listen to a customer. This will be the third time in for one issue. I would rather have this taken to a Subaru dealer now. Big told by your staff that it drives like a Subaru. It’s not an appropriate response. It drove smooth like Glass before it was in the accident and now it’s like driving on a rumble strip with bigger gaps.

Just didn’t listen to the customer. Didn’t have a rental car lined up after being told it would. Didn’t give updates as was told. Was told one day for a pick up and it ended up being retold two other days. I feel that you are not following through with real promises.
