Delays receiving parts from Chrysler made my wait very frustrating. The end product looks very good though.

The automated updates and calls I received early on in the process were very reassuring. However, once the bumper delivery date had been missed twice. I stopped receiving calls or electronic updates and had to follow up on my own to keep abreast of the situation. I wish they had maintained the update process.
