Receptionist who interacted with me when the car was dropped off behaved very cold, not sure for what reason which made be feel bit uncomfortable. But rest of the service personnel and the Receptionist who handled when I picked up the car was very nice.

Gerber Collision & Glass on Milwaukee Ave. in Buffalo Grove is an excellent place to bring your car for repair. The office staff is very helpful when making an appointment, and every step is communicated very clearly until you pick up your car that looks brand new. I brought my car in on Monday afternoon, and picked it up two days later. It’s the only place I’ll bring my car when damaged in any way. You won’t be disappointed with Gerber.
