Excellent service. Only problem: technician did not call me with an estimate. Grace called to see if I wanted my repair done. Told her that I never received the estimate. She emailed a copy to me in a matter of minutes.

Beware...because I called out about NOT INSPECTION OF MY CAR BEFORE AND AFTER OR SEND PICS TO ME REGARDING POSSIBLE DAMAGE. NOW STATED IT IS POLICY BUT FELT BECAUSE TOO COLD OUT DIDN'T EVEN ASK. POOR JUDGEMENT ON YOUR PART. NOT THD COMPZNY I WSS TOLD IT WAS.

The actual work that was done the passenger rear door has a ripple in it when you look from the side. Over all the color match was good. BEWARE...I picked up my car NO ONE WALKED THE CAR AROUND THE MY SUV WITH MEAT PICKUP. I GOT HOME LESS THAN 10 MINITES AWAY...GOT HOM FOUND 2 CHIPS ONE ON THE DRIVER SUDE HOOD ALONG the passenger side rear a chip...then I look at my driver side by the roof rack. WTH...paint is missing from where they taped so no over spray goets on the car. I sent pictures they said it WAS like that when I dropped it off. It WAS NOT. I know every inch of my suv. Those where NOT THERE PRIOR.Iwill call the ins company that paid for the damage of my car that was parked legally when it was hit as well as "other" people higher up in the company. He said the pictures show it as there...IT WAS NOT. I will highly recommend NO ONE Go there they didn't even tell me about no car washes for90 days etc. That is on the BACK of the pamphlet but don't tell you it is there. No pictures of the update of the work whole working on the car NONE just the estimates.Do Geico along with others will hear from me and how dissatisfied I am.

I hoping they stay true to their word about my sensors on my side mirrors. They said give some time for them to kick back in and reset. So I am trusting they stay true to their word as if it does not come back on to bring back to them to fix.
