Overall, it was a smooth process. I dropped my car off, letting them know I would be gone for a week and was hoping to pick my car up upon my return. There was some confusion initially with a phone call asking me to drop my car off, when my car was actually there in the parking lot, but once that was smoothed out, everything went well. I was able to pick my car up when I returned home, and I think they did a great job.

everything went well, except when I got home, I noticed there is a small dent in the back of the car.. It appears the car got backed in to something or something hit it. When I picked the car up, it was backed into a parking space preventing me from seeing the dent. The repair on the car was done perfectly in the front so that’s all I checked. I never checked the back. I would like to bring the car back to see if that dent could be repaired. I don’t think it would be a major repair and hopefully could be done quickly.
