Overall the experience was really good. The team in the office was very friendly, personable, and helpful throughout the process. I would say initially the estimate was less than what we ending up paying for the repair, but it was because the trunk lid cost more for one that worked with the vehicle. The paint looks great and appears to be a perfect match, so the work was well done and our overall customer experience was excellent.

All of the gentle ladies were wonderful. They always kept me updated with the status of my car. The car was completed way before estimated completion date. All of the gentle ladies, Alora and others ( apologies for not remembering their names) were absolutely wonderful and friendly to me all the time. The office had plenty of parking and available space and it's location at a quiet neighborhood gave me some sense of calm and peace when you're worried about your car. Healthy snacks for worried customer was an extra perk. Very nice experience overall.
