Caleb was exceptional and went above and beyond in adding detail and service outside of the request. He listened and understood the circumstances and purpose of this car. And he made the work performed fit that situation. He communicated with me about the work completed and was honest about the integrity of it. All members worked with me beautifully from greeting me originally to assess the needed work to scheduling to beginning the work. It was all done timely and supportively to my needs. As I need work on vehicles, I will think of Gerber in Chelsea first and foremost! Thank you!

Where is my car?

I'm not sure what is going on with my car. It came in July 11th and I still do not have it back. I just need to understand what is happening. This is an expensive asset.

How am I supposed to answer this? I've not heard about my car

Good work other than the problems stated

Poor communication with my insurance company. Car was in there possession for a week before they contacted my insurance. I sent the quote to my insurance to show them it had been quoted. When my car was finished, after inspection gerber didn't put a weather strip on under my hood. Job was never finished correctly
