They went above and beyond trying to get my truck back to me. A cover plate for a sensor didn't come in. Instead of telling me they are waiting on parts they explained how they are trying to work within the system to get my part and still have the sensor recalibrated. They were awesome abd got the truck back to me on Friday instead of Monday after the original part was scheduled to arrive.

I appreciated Gerber staying on time even a day early. And I was very surprised and grateful you delivered my car to my home and it was clean inside and out, does not go unnoticed. The cosmetics look good, I did not lift hood and give it a bit of an inspection but I will tomorrow. And I was hesitant when I herd poor things about Brighton Branch. But you guys did a wonderful job and I thank you.

Caleb portrayed a level of expertise working with my vehicle that not only provided me with comfort and confidence but when the vehicle was done he truly delivered in restoring my vehicle to its original form. He was very familiar with my vehicle and provided regular updates and completed my vehicle 2 days earlier than promised.
