It took over a month long of service, 3 paint jobs, and a visit to a neighboring shop to repair my vehicle with no accountability or apologies, 4 trips to and from the shop, poor attitudes from staff, my vehicle returned with less than a gallon left after dropping off with 3/4 thank and just an overall poor, subpar experience.

Pat attempted to make me feel like I was the problem each time problems with the repairs were reported to him. "NOW what?" was his exact quote multiple times. Asa, although friendly, refused to address concerns and advised they would not be repaired while trying to avoid the issues at hand. Emily and the drivers were courteous and kind.
