The whole experience was excellent. From first contact to pickup was perfect Asa and your team were very informative and knowledgeable about the repair and timeline for our vehicle to get repaired. Everything was upfront and transparent. From drop off to picking up our vehicle was extremely quick. Repairs were perfect and our car looks brand new again. Asa and Emily were great, knowledgeable and very professional. If we or any of friends need any repair, you will be our first choice.

Such a wonderful experience. The stress of being in my first accident had me all over the place. Emily was calming, comforting and an extremely informative representative. Asa handled the communication with me and everyone that handled my can. Asa kept me informed and up to date with every step. Everyone that worked on my van did such a beautiful job. If anyone needs repairs I will be sending them specifically to the Chesterton Gerber Collision and glass. The greatest experience to have after such an awful situation.
