Asa was great when I brought the car in and went over what they were going to fix. He also offered to take out some scratches and dents that were not related to the accident. He gave us an estimate on fixing those things and we went ahead and had those fixed as it was a fair quote. Asa was also fantastic about communicating how things were progressing and the changes in the timeline. Overall, we were very happy with our experience!

Gerber's quality of service was excellent. Emily is an incredible office manager, courteous and efficient. Asa was an excellent account manager overseeing the repair process, responsive to all questions and keeping me informed throughout. I returned the next day without an appointment with a dashboard illumination question and Pat helped immediately to resolve. 5 stars for the service team!
