Aaron was friendly, excellent with communication and very professional. He made the experience easy. James M the technician was patient explaining things to me and stayed in touch via phone each step of the way. When my husband picked up the car, he said the car was beautifully cleaned and paperwork very detailed. Great experience!

Justin & Aaron were both very friendly, always willing to help, very thorough & on point with their explanations, etc, from the minute they greeted us 'til they returned our car, looking brand new, again. They're, definitely, people persons. A, very, important & much needed skill when working with the public. We saw Justin outside just before we walked in & just from his greeting we felt, very, comfortable & that comfortable feeling & trust never changed. Especially, after going in & meeting Aaron. Again, just from his greeting, he confirmed, how comfortable we were, already, feeling & trusted 100% that our car would be & was in good hands!! They never misled us, we had no delays or excuses & Justin had our repairs completed on time. The location we went to is at 1005 W Huron & my husband & I, blindly, recommend them.
