Very professional. Very friendly. Very efficient. Car was done when they said it would be done. I loved the reminder texts. I also liked how quickly paperwork was handled. Jennifer was very pleasant to work with. My only suggestion would be to not give the customer a 5:30 appointment for an estimate when the place closes at 5:30. I was a few minutes late and everyone had gone home. Yes I should have been on time, but some wiggle room would have been nice. But overall, great job! I'm very impressed! I will refer friends and family!

I wish the interior of the car was washed a little more thoroughly than it was; interior was only quickly wiped, with much dirt and dust left all over
