Communication needs improvement. I should not have had to reach out and ask for status. ALSO, stop phoning and texting MY HUSBAND. The car belongs to me, I brought the car to you, all contact should be FIRST through me. My husband's contact information was given ONLY as an alternative if you were unable to reach me. Every call and text he has received, I was fully available and reachable. My phone never rang.
