In order to keep loyal customers, you must give them a value added service that no other company in your industry can match. Not only did you guys do an awesome job in scheduling and repairing my vehicle, but you also washed it free of charge. That kind of surprise value added service will make me a loyal Geber Collision customer for a long time.

Here's basically the same message I posted to the Gerber and Yelp websites an hour ago: Bob Gerber and his team at the Chicago Loop location did a fantastic job. Within hours of the accident they completed the inspection and estimate and Bob called me. The repairs were top notch but still done quickly. Bob was completely honest and direct on all aspects (not all in the business are) and I really appreciated it. All staff were pleasant and courteous. I'm glad SafeCo told me to use Gerber and I plan to bring the car back for other work.

Raul and the team at Gerber were amazing they accomadated my work schedule and even completed my repairs earlier than originally planned for to allow me to pick up my vehicle on my one day off during the week. I would recommend Gerber and this particular location to any of my friends family or co workers that need body work done. I could not be happier with the service or quality!

Bob was great and did a tremendous job from setting expectations and being prompt. I originally went to our local Chicago dealership for repairs but they never got back to me after six attempts. After looking in Yelp for reviews I found Gerber after seeing positive reviews. The reviews were spot on to the excellent service. Kudos on the text service they were pleasant to receive.
