I arrived on Monday evening to pick up my car. Aaron was kind enough to let me pick up the car after hours. When I arrived, there was clearly a rough area where the car had been repaired. I had to wait while another guy applied a thick liquid and buffed it out. It didn’t take very long, but didn’t inspire confidence.

We replaced the rear stabilizers and your manager told us to and the noise is still there. You have not taken responsibility for damaging our car.

Miguel was great to work with! We wanted to go through our warranty which is probably always annoying for a mechanic, but Miguel was excellent and patient with it and knew all the right questions to ask and things to look for.
