He already figured out what I needed and gave me the update frequently and courteously. The mechanic job was well done. It was my first time visit. repairs were not "like new". no follow up (as was promised) to make it right.

Tom seemed like a really nice guy, but zero follow-through. also, I was told my car would not be done for a long time, so had a full tank of gas in there and then get a call 6 days prior to that day saying, "come pick up your car", and then it wasn't done right.
