When I picked up my car the inside was not put back the way I dropped it out. There are random bolts left in the back seat. I'm not sure where they go. The back shade for my truck was not put back in place. The outside looks great, but was not happy about the interior.

Gerber is quick to side with State Farm and claiming that vehicle damage was mechanical and not water damage, without being able to pinpoint the mechanical issue.

Horrible experience. Took forever to just replace windows and repair lock. Then they replaced wrong door lock and scratched door. Did not repair scratch correctly. And communication on status of my car was horrendous. No phones to be able to find out status of my car! Absolutely unacceptable experience!!!
