he car repair shop did a great job with the repairs. Chris, the estimator, kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, and I really appreciated his communication and professionalism. The only reason I didn't give a higher rating is the length of time it took to diagnose the repairs. It took a full week before the diagnosis was completed, which meant I had to rent a car during that time. It was a total of two weeks of rental. A week for the diagnostic inspection felt longer than expected. Once the parts arrived on Monday, however, the repairs were completed by Thursday evening, which was much more reasonable. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality of the repairs and the customer service. Thank you!

They were polite and professional. When I inquired as to some of the cost on the receipt they explained what was needed and why. They even helped me unload some groceries i had to transfer from the rental to my car.

I was hesitant about where I had to go from Evanston to Chicago but it worked out and their customer service was excellent and would recommend service to others. I am happy with my car and thanks.
