The emails telling me how the repairs were coming and when I might expect the car back were great. Amye was so helpful and also called to "stay in touch" She was very understanding of my concerns since I had never had an accident before. I did have to take car back as the windshield wipers were not working correctly but they were fixed immediately! Will recommend Gerber to anyone who might have the need for car repairs.

I was pretty satisfied until it was time to pick up my vehicle. They left a message late Friday afternoon stating that it was ready but I did not get off work in time to pick it up. I figured I would get it Saturday morning so I returned my rental car. When we arrived Saturday morning there was a sign on the door that they were closed for remodel-- that would have been nice to know ahead of time and I could have easily been informed in the message they left. Also, when I picked up the vehicle the office was a mess and they could only accept checks as payment (luckily I had one). I am the Marketing Supervisor for Mike's Carwash with 19 locations in 3 states and growing. I asked to speak with someone about opportunities to handle our claims and about a partnership. The manager would not come out to see me and I heard him tell the receptionist that "the best he could do was allow me to leave my contact information." This was a significant opportunity to earn our business and I think it speaks volumes that he wouldn't even come out to speak with me.
