Overall disappointed. My car was at gerber for 3 weeks, i received one phonecall update, i recieved nothing from the text message version that i approved. When i called to get updates they were vague and unhelpful. The interior of my car was a disaster as though it had been rummaged through and a couple items missing. And to top it all off there is still damage on my car that i have to take time out of my schedule to take it back to the shop to have them buff the marks out. When they should have been corrected prior to me picking up the vehicle and without me having to call and complain. Beyond aggravated and disappointed in my experience. This is the second time my car has had to have body work this year and i would never recommend gerber to anyone over the service i got elsewhere a few months prior.
