My car went in the shop on September 6th and I got my car back on September 23rd. When I got my car back no one went over the car with me showing the final repairs that were done. I got home and received a call that they forgot to put my side moldings on the side that needed the repairs. No big deal, but now I see that the job that was done to my car was HORRIBLE! All the lines on my car are off I can see the wiring from my tail lights, there are huge gaps, and my tail lights don't match. Why they touched the right side of my car that had no damage at all is beyond me. To recap it all off. My car was in the shop for two weeks, I had to pay for a rental, I already had to go back because the shop forgot something, and I bring my car into my dealership at which I work to fix what I thought was a tailight out and come to know it was a wrong tailight and not even close to being the one that goes on my model of car. Horrible experience and highly disappointed.

Running lights and license plate lights do not operate. Also the backlights for my radio and environmental controls no longer function.

The job looked excellent
