Overall was good but it did take a while for a relatively minor repair. I understand this was caused by delayed parts being delivered, but it would be move of the basic parts were ordered before the repair is started.

Eastgate location is great. From the constant follow up from Jacquline without me having to follow up was as smooth as it could. Obviously it’s clear, no one plans to have an accident. I didn’t have to do anything. I dropped the car off, the young lady at the desk, (Debbie or Donna?) was great. Greeted me with a smile. You don’t know my father in law, but when he say the car after, his first words were “wow! They did a great job. If I ever need anything done this is where I’ll be dropping off my cars” I know it seems small, but it’s a huge compliment coming from him! Great job all around.
