The team did a great job. My car looks brand new, it is a newer model; I can’t see any evidence of damage. Customer service was excellent.

Though I was sad I had to have my car repaired I had a great experience at Gerber! It was fixed in a timely manner, brought back to its original condition and I had consistent updates on the status. Appreciate working with Gerber and if I have to have collision service again I’ll definitely seek them out.

I was not happy with the communication between me and the staff that worked at this Gerber and collision. Whenever I had to talk to someone on the phone, they were short fused and very unfriendly now mind you I was very, very happy with the outcome of my car, but the communication between me and the employees was never a friendly communication

I would recommend someone to you guys because the work on the car is excellent, but I would have to let the individuals know that they do not have great customer service so it would be up to that individual if they have a patience enough to deal with the customer service that you receive from this company

I feel like they need to work on their customer service. They have poor communication skills and they’re not real patient with their customers that are being serviced there and spending their hard on money. The work they did on my car is outstanding. I’m happy with it so far I just had my car back about three days.
