Once the car was in the shop, extremely satisfied. But it took 3 weeks to get the estimate to the insurance company, and I never did receive a copy. I called 3 times for a copy.

A "C" average, I always had to state why I was there, fill out fresh paperwork, even that I actually had an appointment, truthfully felt like I was a burden to the staff.

I feel like my car is running smoother then when I took it in. The only suggestion I would make would be to update more on the repair throughout the process of fixing the car. I didn't hear anything from them until it was fixed leaving me to stress about when I was going to hear from them. Other then that, the service on my car was great! Even cleaned out the inside! Highly satisfied.

I've not been in an accident for more than a decade, so I was very concerned about getting my car fixed. I was very surprised at how professional and reassuring everyone I dealt with was. I hope no one I know gets into an accident, but if they do I would easily recommend Gerber.
