Car was repeatedly delayed. Furthermore, None of my calls were ever returned unless I called back later. One such occasion resulted in my having to extend my rental agreement because I did not hear that my car was finished until after 4 pm on Friday, when I had just arrived at work. Associate was made aware of this and promised to call me in the morning, which did not happen. 5 calls were never returned in total. I will not be returning.
