I interacted mostly with Louis and also a bit with Cindy. Both were very pleasant and helpful in explaining all the finer points of the repair process. The repair was as promised. Very well done and on time. I got regular updates by text and phone calls. I was very impressed.

They did not complete the job as specified. It is still there. They say it will not be done until middle of next week. Not pleased that they did not call to verify what they apparently misunderstand .
