Many things have me not happy with my service .1 I picked a place next to my work to make it easy for me you sent me to another place . I wouldn’t have even used gerber if I would have been told that the place I was speaking with is not where I need to go to get fixed. 2 - I asked for an estimate while my vehicle was there I got one and then when I left I took it one more place for an estimate and the fella wiped off the issue with a rag and some solution of some sort . You wanted 1000 to fix it did you even look at it ? Had you of really looked at it you’d of seen that it was a streak of some sort that got on my hood .

I had to practically beg to get my paper emailed to sign to just get my work done when I explained it would be hard to get there before I could drop my car off .

First of all my car looks great. What surprised me the most was when I opened my car door to see that not only had the front seat area been vacuumed, but the rear seat as well and the car seat for my granddaughter. that made my day. I am beyond happy with the service that I received from your Clarence location and will 100% recommend them to anybody. I know thanks again for going above and beyond and making me have a very nice ending to a rough week.

I will call first thing in the morning because the 2 panels connected at the headlight appeared to be fixed when I left. Once I got home my husband looked over the car and noticed they are not joined as they should be and one panel is sticking out.
