I’m very satisfied having the collision work done at Gerbers Collision . The person that did the collision estimate was very nice to work with. She went over every detail as to what would be done and the time frame. This gave me a good first impression and an overall good experience!

Joann, who assisted me with all arrangements, was outstanding. My only problem was that features of the car (e.g. Eyesight) that were operational when I brought it in, were not functional when I got it back.

This is my second experience with Gerber. Both times the work was performed well, fairly quickly, car looks great ! The first repair was done 4 years ago, and absolutely no issues! I expect the same level of excellence this time ! Good job ! Plus they clean the car up really nicely ( especially nice job on the windows!!)

I was a little upset at first, since I dropped the car off on Monday and I didn’t get a text until Tuesday that it was just being looked at and then was told it might not be ready till the following Wednesday when I was originally told it would be a three or four day repair. I called and spoke with Ryan on Thursday and he said he would see if he could prioritize the repair. He did and everybody at the location on Friday was more than helpful.

The repair and paint work was excellent. They did a great job cleaning my truck before it was returned to me. Only glitch was I had to take it back for a door adjustment. No big deal and they handled it promptly.

They made dropping off the keys to picking up the rental, very convenient and easy! They did a wonderful job on my car. It looks fantastic. You would never know I hit a deer!
