I was not made aware that my car would take a week to get done. No one told me this when I dropped off the car. I then had to rush to get a rental. My car was also taken to a shop almost 30 minutes away from me which I was not told, and had to call on Friday to get any update on my car. There was a lack of communication. I understand that the shop was dealing with covid cases and that it caused the delay on what should have been a day or two job. Life happens. I was appreciated of the interior detail done at no extra cost. I would have preferred they covered a day or two of my rental but I appreciated the extra work.

My car was not fully repaired . My trunk button still does nit work . I was hit from the back and they told me I had to take to my dealer to aeee if it was accident related . My bottom workd before this accident

The repair was done so well you could not even tell that there was an issue with the car. The finish appears the same as it did when the car was new. Also, thank you for the unexpected exterior and interior detail - the car looked great and made my day!
