Working with Nikki was great. She was on time and worked up the quote quickly and fairly. She even got a tech involved to make sure the quote would be accurate. He was cool, but I didn't catch his name. She recognized my Wisconsin accent so we had a laugh about that and developed a rapport. She kept me up to date throughout the process and my car was delivered perfectly and on time. I enjoyed working with her alot. Lisa at the front desk answered my original call and set up my estimate same day, and then got me on the schedule quickly. She was very friendly during the process as well. I appreciate her kindness. Both were very empathetic to my boneheaded mistake of shutting the garage door on the car, and that helped because I was really kicking myself lol. I will definitely recommend Gerber and return myself if ever needed. The folks I interacted with represent your company very well.

Quality of Repair was great, people were nice, absolutely HORRENDOUS at scheduling. I had over 5 delays on my car repair so would highly suggest getting more accurate at time of drop off so customers can make an accurate decision on their needs. I was in a Minor Accident, the cops didn’t even fill out a report due to how minor it was, but it took 5 full weeks to fix my car. That’s okay, had they not told me one week when i dropped it off, and then delayed it four more times.
