Quality of Repair was great, people were nice, absolutely HORRENDOUS at scheduling. I had over 5 delays on my car repair so would highly suggest getting more accurate at time of drop off so customers can make an accurate decision on their needs. I was in a Minor Accident, the cops didn’t even fill out a report due to how minor it was, but it took 5 full weeks to fix my car. That’s okay, had they not told me one week when i dropped it off, and then delayed it four more times.

Staff was very friendly & communication was fantastic, especially Nikki at the location in Clermont, FL. Collision damage repaired. However, they scratched my tint, which they said they would take care of through personal reimbursement or fixing themselves, but that is more time out of my day. Also, the vehicle was poorly cleaned and it took me a lot of time to clean white dust (assuming residue from ext. paint job) off my console, dash, air vents and all my upholstery.
