Our first impression was a nice clean office space. Friendly and caring staff. Then Derek was our rep and he paid attention to detail. Gave us a accurate estimate and timeline. Followed up when he said he would,let us know when the parts came in, when the car was painted and then delivered my car back to us in pristine condition. I never heard of Gerber Collision before so I am extremely grateful that Liberty Mutual recommended them to us. Thank you Derek
