I would absolutely recommend them to someone. In fact I had an appointment with another shop and called to see if Gerber could fit me in sooner. They offered to see me the same day I called to give me an estimate. I really appreciated the prompt service because I wanted to make sure it was safe to continue to drive the car until it was fixed and they also gave me an appointment to fix the car while my son was on his spring break from college which really helped us out a lot.

main front grill that was installed is falling apart, I showed the service manager after looking at the car for two minutes, the car was there for three extra days due to a different and incorrect part arrived (not Gerber's fault there.)
