From day 1, the appointment was never set on Gerber's side however they still accepted our vehicle for which Im thankful for. Please work with the insurance for better communication and confirmation. I got lost in traveling to the address and called in advance, but the receptionist didnt seem so friendly at first. I wasnt given better directions but thats fine. The repair shop's personnel was straight to the point upon arrival. One downside was that the text communication wasnt as fluid. I asked for a quote on something else and he was going to give it to me. Then later when I asked about it, he stated that he didnt think Id agree to the amount so he didnt quote it. I also didnt like how my left headlight looked with the right being brand new. I felt like he could have offered for me to get a quote for it to look nicer altogether OR he could have told me that they didnt look the same after the replacement. Anything to give personalized attention to it! The car could have been done sooner or I wish the hours were a bit more extended, especially after being told the car was ready that morning. I work during the shops business hours.

Customer service was outstanding. Before arriving to drop my car off I had ordered an Uber to pick me up and take me to Enterprise. The young lady behind the desk asked me if I was getting a rental and I said yes. She said Enterprise would drop a car off for me so I was able to cancel the Uber. That was great.

Gator gave me honest estimate , the work was done very efficiently. Toyota estimate was an insult and I will use Gerber collision from here on out. This is the first I’ve heard of Gerber.
